Returns, Reprints & Refund Policy
At Grafica Creative Studio, we take pride in producing premium printed products with a strong focus on craftsmanship, detail, and quality control. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, including letterpress printing, wedding stationery, apparel printing, and branded merchandise, the following policy applies to all orders placed with us.
1. Custom Orders
1.1 Personalised & Custom Printed Products
Most of our products are custom-made specifically for each client. This includes, but is not limited to:
Letterpress printing
Wedding invitations & stationery
Business cards & branded stationery
Foil printing & embossing
T-shirt & garment printing
Tote bags, caps & apparel
Custom merchandise
Large format or promotional printing
Because these items are produced specifically for you, custom orders are generally not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has started or artwork approval has been provided.
We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review artwork proofs, spelling, sizing, colours, garment selections, and quantities before approving production.
2. Garment Printing & Apparel Orders
2.1 Garment Sizing
Please carefully review garment sizing charts before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing selections once garments have been printed.
Sizing can vary between brands and styles. We recommend checking measurements carefully or requesting samples where possible.
2.2 Customer Supplied Garments (BYO Items)
We are happy to print on customer-supplied garments where suitable. However, Grafica Creative Studio cannot guarantee print results, adhesion, durability, or longevity on garments not supplied by us due to unknown fabric treatments, coatings, material composition, or prior washing conditions.
Printing on customer-supplied garments is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
2.3 Colour Variations
Please note that colours may appear differently between screens, digital mockups, fabric types, inks, and final printed products. Slight colour variations are considered normal within the printing industry and are not classified as defects.
2.4 Print Placement & Handmade Process
Minor variations in print placement, trimming, pressure, texture, or finish may occur during production, especially with handcrafted processes such as letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, and manual garment printing. These slight differences are part of the character and uniqueness of custom printing.
3. Quality Issues & Damaged Products
3.1 Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved artwork or agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we may offer:
A reprint
A replacement
Store credit
A partial or full refund where appropriate
Any resolution will be assessed case by case.
4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1 Non-Custom Products
Non-customised items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original condition.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
4.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
5. Production Approval
By approving artwork proofs and confirming production, the client acknowledges that:
All spelling, layout, sizing, quantities, and specifications have been checked and approved
Colours may vary slightly between screens and final printed products
Handmade printing methods naturally include slight variations and imperfections
Production cannot begin until final approval and required payment/deposit are received
Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guides only and may vary depending on:
Order size
Material availability
Supplier delays
Production complexity
Approval response times
While we always do our best to meet deadlines, Grafica Creative Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen production issues.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days after assessment and approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
